Famosa

This savoyed cabbage forms bright greenheads, with puckered leaves. While the outer darker green, more savoyed outer leaves are durable, they protect the tender, bright green inner leaves, that have a mild cabbage flavor. The heads should weigh 2 to 4 pounds.

Gonzales

The aqua-green heads of Gonzales are small, about 5 to 6 inches in diameter. They are great shredded in salads and coleslaw. The heads should weigh 1 to 2 pounds.

Parel

The small, somewhat conical shaped heads of the Parel cabbage is a bit different than usual. The 5 to 6 inch compact heads have a mildly sweet, juicy green leaves, that fade to white at the heart. The heads should weigh 1 to 2 pounds.

Red Express

Red Express is an open pollinated red cabbage. It is very small in size, just right for an individual or couple.  Mine are only 4 inches in diameter, and I think they will  not weigh more than a pound.
