Celeriac and Celery

Celeriac is pretty darn ugly, but has a unique taste, blending celery and parsley. It is the smooth (inside), ivory colored root of the plant. Peel it and add it raw to salads, cooked in soups and stews, boiled and mashed or even french fried!
