Collards
Champion and Flash
The large, dark, blue-green leaves are thick and succulent, with a sweet (more so, if we had a frost), broccoli-like flavor. (I haven’t found much to differentiate these two varieties, as far as appearance and flavor are concerned, in my first attempt at growing collards.)
