Russian Banana
A fingerling potato, developed in the Baltic region of Northeastern Europe. It is medium sized, with yellow skin and firm textured flesh. It is an all purpose potato, but works especially well in salads.
Yellow Finn
A pear-shaped potato with deep yellow/tan skin and waxy yellow flesh. It has a butter-like taste is good boiled, baked, fried or in soups.

Yukon Gold
A smooth, round potato, with yellow skin and flesh. It has pink coloring around its eyes. It is excellent for baking, boiling, salads or fries, but does not do well as hash browns (too moist).
